Switch to Another Hosting Plan

You can switch from one hosting package to another; however, it would require a server migration. Contact support for assistance if you wish to switch from Cloud web hosting to Starter, Budget, or Premium cloud hosting.

Upgrading between two different hosting packages can only be done manually and involves migrating your website content from your current hosting package to the new one. You need to contact support and provide us with the required details, such as the service you wish to upgrade to and the plan you are upgrading from. Once support has the necessary information, the migration process starts.

We have some Rules and service charges.

  • We will count regular prices for upgrades or downgrade packages. Our software automatically counts upgrade or downgrade charges. For example, if you purchase a package for 30 USD, you can downgrade to 20 USD packages. You will get an extra 10 USD back to your credit balance if you downgrade your package. You must pay the same if you upgrade to the better package. Our software calculates the date used and the remaining date.
  • You can switch from a “Free Domain Plan”  to any “Free Domain Package.” If you change the “Free Domain Plan” package to a “Without Domain Plan,” we will subtract the standard domain charge.

Upgrade Downgrade Charge-

  • The same server package upgrade downgrade is free.
  • Upgrade and Downgrade from one server to another server = 250 Tk

Once the migration is complete, you will be contacted to modify your DNS records to access your migrated site (on the destination server).
